Pinewood is located in South Sacramento right off of Hwy 99 and Florin Road. This community is located between commercial propertys on the southside of the property and residential housing on the northside..
We are located close to shopping, restaurants, medical buildings,county offices, gas staions and public transportation. There are also banks located within walking distance of the comunity.
We are family community with units from one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedrooms units. With updated carpet and vinyl in each unit. The surround area has mature landscape and one reserved parking space with a number of vistor parking around the property.
We also have two pools on the property for our residents and we have security patrols at night. We also enforce our rules and regulations on the property for our residents community enjoyment.
There are schools located within walking distance (Bowling Green Elementary, Fern Bacon Middle School and Luther Burbank High School). We are within 10 minutes of Consumnes and Sacramento City College. Sacramento State is about twenty minutes from our community.
We are also about twenty minutes from downtown Sacramento and historical Old Sac. Both the American and Sacramento River are fiftenn minutes with boat ramps and swimming areas available.
